Notice:
Rent payments are due by the
5th of each month. Any payments made on the 6th
or later must include the late fee.
Effective Immediately:
Any payments made after the 8th of the month must be made in form of a money order or Cashier's check.No personal checks will be accepted.Partial Rent Payments will not be accepted. Payments will be returned to the Resident(s) until the entire rent amount can be paid.
Approved forms of payment are:
One personal check for the entire rental amount (multiple checks will not be accepted).Multiple money orders / Cashiers Checks for the entire rental amount
