Maintenance Requests - Current Tenants
Non-Emergency Maintenance RequestAnything that can wait until regular business hours
Maintenance Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Tenants are required to submit maintenance requests in writing. This may be done by:
-Submitting an online Maintenance Request Form
-Emailed request to peaceofmindnw@gmail.com
-Submitting a written form to receptionist at the office.
Maintenance appointments are usually scheduled during the Morning (9 am to 11 am) or Afternoon (1 pm - 3 pm).
There are some issue that are tenant responsibility. Please read Tenant Responsibility for more information.
Emergency Only - After HoursAnything that cannot wait unit regular business hours
Our Maintenance department is available after hours and weekends for EMERGENCIES ONLY.
Our Emergency line is 503-793-3128 (text preferred).
The following is a list of what constitutes an emergency:
- Fire (Please call 911 first!)
- Floods/Cracked or bursting pipe
- Lack of power (not related to an area power outage)
- Lack of Hot water
If you are locked out of your unit, a $45.00 lockout fee will be assessed for our maintenance technicians to let you in during business hours. (Please note that they will be sent out only if available.) Lockouts that occur after business hours or on weekends, will be the responsibility of the residents. Any locksmith fees will be the residents cost.
